Business and Administration Apprentice

Salesian School is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, energised and self-motivated Apprentice who will support the Careers Lead to deliver the careers programme for the school and college students. The applicant will enjoy working with all year groups and teaching departments supporting their programme of careers activities as well as being accountable for individual projects and tasks.

Salary: XCET 2 – £17,833 pro-rated (£15,341)

Head of Business & Economics Department

Data Manager

Salesian school is seeking to appoint a Data Manager to lead and assist with the management and implementation of school data and reporting systems. Candidates should be enthusiastic, organised, have a keen eye for detail and also be able to work well with others. Candidates might be familiar with some of the following areas of data management:

Student Assessment and Reporting- Collating and analysing student data and reports. Supporting the production of student target grades.
Timetabling (NOVA T6)- Ongoing maintenance of the school timetable.
School Information Management System (SIMS)- Management and upkeep of the SIMS system.
Microsoft Office- Be proficient in using relevant areas of Microsoft Office applications to successfully fulfil the role.
