Parents’ Association

Salesian Parent’s Association is a proactive committee which consists of parents and staff that work together along with the growing Salesian Community to raise funds for those extras that benefit our children. 

The SPA does this by organising social events and bringing the community together throughout the year.  In recent years, we have held a Spring Ball and Auction, Irish night, Quiz’s and musical events and at the end of the year a Christmas shopping evening.  We are always looking for new ways to raise funds!

Over the last two years, we have raised over £25,000! We have purchased a new minibus and over £10,000 of resources over the whole school curriculum.

We meet up once every half term to discuss and plan events and are fortunate in having a dedicated and proactive team.  Everyone is welcome to the meetings and we invite new ideas and skills to the team.

Our next event is the Spring Ball at Burhill Golf Club on Saturday 27th April, 7pm to 12:30pm.  Tickets available on Tucasi at £55 each which includes a drinks receptions with Canapés, three-course meal with wine and entertainment.  We are again running an auction, see our auction brochure for full details.  If you would like to make a bid on any item before the 27th April please email with the item which you want to bid for and then the amount you would like to bid over the reserve price.

All monies raised are going towards a new minibus and outside gym area.  Last year we made a total profit of £12.500 from the ball, raffle, donations, and auction and we hope to repeat this success again with your help. Donations can be made via Tucasi under the SPA Donations tab.
