PPE Fundraising for the NHS

Salesian School have two initiatives in place to raise money for the NHS during the COVID-19 crisis.

PPE for FRONT LINE WORKERS.

Help Salesian School, in particular our amazing DT teacher Graham Thomas, raise funds to make PPE (visors) for the NHS and Care Workers.  100% of the money raised will go towards materials needed to create these visors. Each visor costs just under £2, so with just £10 we will make 5 visors which will protect 5 essential front line workers.

You can donate to the creation of the PPE (visors) through our GoFundMe page.

Update: amazingly, in under 24 hours we have reached our target. Please keep the donations coming as any funds left over will be donated to charities within the NHS.

If you are interested in the visors please contact Pippa Carr on pcarr@salesian.surrey.sch.uk.

Bringing the communities closer together.

At a time when our NHS heroes are working tirelessly and doing all they can to tackle the effects of COVID-19, we would like to do a little bit to help by making full use of our daily exercise. Our Salesian Staff Challenge is seeing our teachers and support staff trying to run / walk / cycle a collective distance of 350km in 6 days!

You can donate to the Salesian Staff Challenge through our JustGiving page
